From watching her father own and operate a small business as a young girl to helping grow the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition Team from five to 1000+ members in nine short months, Niyat has always been driven by a strong desire to pursue an entrepreneurial path, aiming to use her diverse experiences across the public and private sector to build a high-quality business.

Niyat has always been passionate about making a positive impact on her community and those around her. During her time learning to manage an organization and create sustainable processes and systems to increase efficiency while serving the Chief of Staff to the President of the United States and learning the fundamentals of growing and scaling a business at the Boston Consulting Group, she’s developed a leadership toolkit that spans a wide variety of industries and functions and puts people first. Her approach to leadership revolves around empowering those around her and turning challenges into fun opportunities for growth.

Outside of work, Niyat is a dedicated runner and avid bowler, but her favorite pastime is exploring new spots to get the perfect cinnamon roll. If you need suggestions, feel free to contact her— she has a target in every state!

Niyat is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business, with her elective coursework focused on the management of small- and mid-sized businesses. She received her B.A. from Harvard College, where she met her business partner, Summer.
